Upon notification of a claim, we will immediately check if the loss is covered by your policy and advise you of any limits or excesses which may apply. We may request completion of a claim form or, for large losses, appoint a loss adjuster to handle the claim on our behalf.

Our claims staff will provide you with clear guidance through each step of the claim process. You will be advised whether you need to obtain estimates for replacement or repair or provide proof of purchase. If you encounter difficulties in obtaining repair or replacement for certain items, we have arrangements with some suppliers who may be able to assist you.
